Group Therapy
Group therapy provides you with an opportunity be a part of a community of people all working towards personal growth or struggling with a similar issue.
Groups are either formed around a particular topic that all group members have in common or are general “process” groups that focus on the process of improving our interpersonal relationships.
Group sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length and occur on the same day and at time of each week.
New(ish) Mom Support Group
I’m currently forming a “New(ish) Mom Support Group.” This is an open-ended group for female identifying parents who have one child under the age of 5 when joining the group.
The group will meet weekly or bi-weekly; participants stay for as long as they want, and the group does not have an end date
Empty Nester Support Group
Becoming an Empty Nester can be hard for individuals and couples. Grief, panic, and questions like “What is my purpose now? How do I reconnect with myself and what I want? How do I reconnect with my partner?” are common. This group will provide a supportive environment to explore this new stage of life.
